Breng een kleine hoeveelheid gel aan op de huid en masseer zachtjes. De gel mag drie keer per dag worden aangebracht.
Breng de gel niet aan op een beschadigde huid of op de slijmvliezen. Het product niet langer gebruiken bij jeuk of huiduitslag.
